"The location and staff are really amazing. We will definitely return to this hotel. The weather was not really great so we could not use the pool and other outdoor facilities. The gym in the hotel is not fantastic but reasonable."

"We loved the room #301. There is a nice terrace and it overlooks the courtyard. Love the tub! The breakfast was great. The hotel was very quiet and peaceful. The front desk, parking and bellhop service was great."

"The service in the restaurant was not good and the food was just passable. The Ceasar salad was limp, stale croutons, and barely any dressing. The ceviche was too limey; almost inedible. We ordered a pitcher of juice at the pool and it never arrived and when we told the service person, instead of him going to get it, we had to go get it. We booked massages and when we arrived for the session, we were told that the therapist was out of town and we could not have massages."

"Das Personal der Rezeption beim Check-In und Check-Out war nicht sehr freundlich und nicht gut vorbereitet. Anfragen (Babybett) und die Reservierung selbst waren nicht im System bei unserer Ankunft. Beim Check-Out war das bezahlen mit Karte ein Problem. Sie wollten kein Kartenlesegerät benutzen um Gebühren aus dem Weg zugehen. Und die App oder der Bezahlvorgang den sie über ein Handy an der Rezeption machen wollten (Karte fotografieren/scannen) wurde von meiner Karte abgelehnt. Vielleicht auch besser so."
