"I stayed at StarLodge on New Year’s Eve 2025 and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful from the moment I arrived. I was able to check in early and was even offered a complimentary room upgrade to a ground-floor pool-access room, which was a lovely surprise. The room was comfortable, bright, and spacious. The hotel offers free shuttle transport to the airport and to locations within a five-minute radius in Jerudong, including Jerudong Beach, which was very convenient. The hotel also has a gym and swimming pool, as well as an on-site restaurant that provides room service. The lobby area is spacious with plenty of seating. A particularly thoughtful touch was being given a Happy New Year cookie on New Year’s Day — a small gesture that made the stay feel extra special. I would definitely return if I have the opportunity to visit Brunei again."

"This hotel is little oldish but the everything is perfect. They provided a free shuttle bus between Airport, City and the hotel. The food is reasonable price and so delicious. Every member is kind and helpful."
