"La posizione dell'hotel è molto buona, nelle vicinanze c'è l'accesso alla spiaggia, ristoranti, supermercati, etc. Il personale è gentile e sorridente. Il centro storico dista circa un chilometro a piedi ma la posizione dell'hotel è strategica se si è automuniti in quanto a pochi passi c'è un ampio parcheggio a pagamento che si può pagare direttamente in hotel (è necessario avvisare il parcheggiatore che hai una prenotazione presso hotel Mistral e lui ti farà entrare). La camera era pulita e dotata di ogni comfort. La mia aveva anche un balconcino. colazione buona. L'unica nota leggermente stonata è stata la mancanza dell'ascensore anche se per la Bulgaria è quasi lo standard. Il prezzo è ok. Lo consiglio!"

"Great location: 5–10 minutes to the beach and 15–20 minutes to the Old Town. Clean and comfortable room. Friendly staff — we arrived early in the morning, expecting only to leave our luggage, but they kindly gave us a room right away — a big thanks for that! Convenient restaurant in the lobby, open all day, with a 10% discount for hotel guests. Shops, cafés, and a vegetable stall nearby. I think I would stay there again if I came back"

"The hotel is located in the new town almost equal in distance to the old town and Sunny Beach. 20 meters away is the bus stop where buses frequently go to the main bus station. At night it's quiet, and the dark blinds are very useful to keep the room cool and dark at night. The hotel has a canteen-style restaurant which runs till late and has good food at nice prices."

I fly back to the uk a lot and mostly use this hotel. but this time i booked it and got a confirmation as normal, it was 65lv. when i arrived the old man at the desk insisted that i pay 90lv/ it was late and i could not be bothered to look for another hotel. i will now never stay there again, nor will any of my vivitors - so they will lose approx 16 nights income due to this one beligerant arse."

"A cozy hotel in a fairly busy location. The beach is 10 mins walk away. In the hotel on the 1st floor there is a cafe with a variety of ready-made dishes including traditional ones. We paid extra for breakfast and it was quite good. There is a paid parking lot next to the hotel - it was convenient to leave the car there. Special mention should be made of the hotel staff - very attentive, helpful and friendly, helped us with all small questions. A good option for a stopover if you are not a fan of large hotels."
