"Тъй като вечер и сутрин няма работещ бар, може да има разположен в хотела автомат, от който да могат да се купят вода, кроасан, кафе или друго нещо за пиене и хапване. Добре е да има също нощна лампа в стаята, защото светлината е така разположена, че, късно вечер, няма удобство за четене. Ако се сложат комарници на прозорците усещането за комфорт ще е чувствително по-голямо."

"We had a wonderful experience at Hotel Shipka. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything was excellent. The manager, Yordan Atanasov, is truly amazing – always ready to help at any time, which made our stay even more special. The food may not be extremely diverse, but it is tasty and of good quality. This was very important for us because we have two children with digestive issues and allergies, and they had absolutely no problems with the meals. We came with no expectations due to some of the reviews on Booking, which honestly do not reflect the reality. We were pleasantly surprised: we had parking right in front of the hotel and were even offered a late check-out free of charge. Overall, it was a great stay and an experience that makes us want to come back. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"In December 2025 I stayed for two nights at Hotel Cosmos. I choosed this hotel, because its proximity to the railway station as I had an very early train for a day-trip to Veliko Tarnovo. To the center of Ruse it is only a 20 minutes walk. So the location is convinient. The staff at the recption was very welcoming. The room was clean and quiet (I had a room facing the backyard and not the street). I was satisfied with Hotel Cosmos."
