"The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to explore the area and visit nearby attractions. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, always happy to help when needed. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well looked after, which made the stay pleasant. Breakfast was tasty. The staff also shared helpful tips and recommendations about tours and sightseeing in Khustup, which added a lot to the overall experience."

"I booked Regal Hotel in Kapan for my sister-in-law and her family, and they enjoyed their stay. The hotel had a cozy, local atmosphere that reminded them of their childhood, warm, welcoming, and full of charm. The staff were nice, the room was comfortable, and the food was good. It’s a good place to relax and experience genuine Armenian hospitality."

"Sowohl das Hotel als auch das Zimmer sind viel ansprechender als die Fotos versprechen, häufig ist es umgekehrt. Alles ist neu und sauber, die Zimmer geräumig, das Bett fantastisch. Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher vorhanden."

The hotel is in the city center, but at the same time lets you relax and unwind. I was also told that the hotel may help you with local tours - let them know as early as you can if you want to go see mountains, lakes and rivers, monasteries surrounding Kapan. Unlike many hotels in Kapan, it’s new, aesthetically attractive, and affordable simultaneously."

The location is centralized, right next to the huge Davit Bek statue. I plan to stay here again the next time I'm in Kapan."
